Had this knife for around a year, and have to say that it has held up much better than I expected it to. The blade was sharp when I first got it, and with some sharpening done myself here and there, it has remained razor sharp.
I bought this for my dad for his birthday because he loves to cook. He absolutely loves it! It is a beautiful knife to top it off and it is very strong and has a comfortable handle for his larger hands. Worth the buy!

I purchased another knife of the same line and have had it for over 6 months and no rust ... Both knives keep an edge,
I purchased this knife a few weeks ago and it's been a long time since I have cut myself with a knife in the kitchen. Well, it has happened twice with this guy, but they were all stupid mistakes that I have made with duller knives. I will say that this thing is really sharp and has held its edge pretty well, where the fear of after a few uses I would have to hone the blade or sharpen it again. But haven't needed to do that yet.
So far so good with these knives. The box they came in is nice but too bulky to put in a drawer and would take up too much space. They look like very good quality. They are a hand wash only knife due to the wood handle.
It's a little heavy, but that doesn't matter to me because I only prepare meals for myself, so fatigue won't be a factor.
