I received the axe and at first it looked amazing, until I began to take a closer look. One of the blue PlayStation buttons was missing entirely from the shoulder, paint had deteriorated as well from the design. It looked like it had not been well stored, which is very unfortunate.
I tried reaching out to support to get the issues addressed and they have failed to respond to my support tickets after showing proof of the damage. They stated how apologetic they were and would definitely handle my issue, only to ghost me and not respond. Overall a waste of a purchase due to damage and poor customer service, no care for their clients.
